The aging in wood gives longevity and character.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Vineyards are located inside the municipality of Roddi.<br \/>\nThe grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, during the half days of September.<br \/>\nThe grapes are soft pressed, destammed and placed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to ferment for a period of 15 days at an average temperature of 25-30\u00b0 C. The wine ages in French oak barrels (225 lt) for few months before being released.<br \/>\nWine is bottled in March.<br \/>\nIntense ruby red color with violet shades.
