In stainless steel tanks for 24 hours.<br \/>\nThe clean must-wine is inoculated with yeasts, maintained in steel tanks thermo conditioned to a temperature of 14 \u00b0 -16 \u00b0 C.<br \/>\nWine is bottled in March.<br \/>\nPale lemon with green shades with elderberry flowers, sage and citrus fuit aromas.
