Dolcetto d’Alba is the most authentic and genuine expression of our territory.

Vineyards are located inside the municipality of Roddi.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, during the first weeks of September.
The grapes are soft pressed, destammed and placed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to ferment for a period of 8-10 days at an average temperature of 25-27° C. Maturation is in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months before release.
Wine is bottled in February.
Ruby red wine with purple shades. Fresh and inebriant bouquet with black cherry aromas. Dolcetto d’Alba is a soft, medium bodied wine with a slight aftertaste of sweet almonds.
