White wine with intense, elegant and long persistance.
The wood is well balanced and integrated with the sapidity of the Chardonnay.

Vineyards are located inside the municipality of Roddi.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, during the first days of September.
The grapes are soft pressed and placed in temperature controlled a 10°C for 24 hours.
The clean must-wine is inoculated with yeasts, it ferments and age in new French oak barrels (225 lt) for few months.
Wine is bottled in April.
Pale gold with green shades, pronounced flavour intensity of tropical fruit, butter, vanilla. Medium-bodied wine that can age 10-15 years.
