Intense, complex and full-bodied wine. The aging in wood gives longevity and character.

Vineyards are located inside the municipality of Roddi.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, during the half days of September.
The grapes are soft pressed, destammed and placed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to ferment for a period of 15 days at an average temperature of 25-30° C. The wine ages in French oak barrels (225 lt) for few months before being released.
Wine is bottled in March.
Intense ruby red color with violet shades. It has a complex, ethereal and spicy nose.
This Barbera Superiore is fresh, with a great structure and a good note of wood.
