White varietal and aromatic wine,
made fully from Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Vineyards are located inside the municipality of Roddi.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, during the first days of September.
The grapes are soft pressed and placed in temperature controlled at 10°C. In stainless steel tanks for 24 hours.
The clean must-wine is inoculated with yeasts, maintained in steel tanks thermo conditioned to a temperature of 14 ° -16 ° C.
Wine is bottled in March.
Pale lemon with green shades with elderberry flowers, sage and citrus fuit aromas. Medium-bodied wine with citrus and herbaceous flavours.
